Legal Question in Family Law in Pakistan

Someone told me that my ex-wife has been trying to move abroad with minor daughter 3 years old. I am visiting her once a month in court and also paying maintenance.

How can I ensure that she should not be able to leave the country and this city without my permission? What type of case I should file and in which court?
