Legal Question in Family Law in India
I am having trouble with my in laws. They are extremely controlling and interfering. However my biggest fear is with my 2 year old child. My father in law takes my child out without telling me. I keep scrambling looking for my child in the neighborhood. Oftentimes, when I have secretly followed my father in law He leaves my child unattended on the road and often in dangerous situations. Once my mother in law was forcing me to work in the kitchen and my father in law left my child unattended on the road and truck was approaching him, thank goodness I saw that in time and rushed to pull him to the side.
I feel harassed by this behavior and fear for my child's life. They don't listen to me when I tell them not to take my child. Sometimes my father in law is gone for hours with my child and I would be desperately looking for my child in the neighborhood. Can I get a restraining order? Please help how to stop this behavior.

You can get a restraining order but that may disturb your family life. You may consider contacting other members in your family who may take care of the child.
