We are two brother and one sister i am younger one all are married My sister living in another state and well settled. She is elder one we have two floor which is oral divided between me and my brother me in 3rd floor and he is living on ground floor mother also live in ground floor

(Becouse she cant up and down stairs age factor)

My elder bro & his wife are regularly abusing my mom and created a horrible situation and cant reside together further.

My brother & his wife is residing in a seperate room in ground floor.

(My father pass away in 2012 becouse of them only I have proof off that before deth he write a note agents him)

My Question to all collegues:-

1) What to do to evict son from parents house.

2) What rules would be applicable

3) Your advises and information will highly appretiated.

partition the property the mother can live independently on her share of the property. It is the duty of all the children to maintain the parent so if you cannot let her live with dignity please provide her for the monthly maintenance. for further query contact 9312411481.
