Type Your Question Here... If a person adopt his own illegitimate child and make him as legal heir.after some time if he leaves a will in favour of some one else like his mistress or for any other illegal child which one will take precedence will or legal adoption case

If the property/ies is/are self acquired property a WILL would take precedence. In case of inherited properties Legal adoption case will have precedence.
