Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am currently in UK and my ex-husband is in Delhi, India.

I have two daughters age 7.5 years and 9 years. They are studying in a boarding school in Delhi, India. Their father is paying for half of their annual fee and I am paying the half school fee. Except that he does not pay for any expenses including their clothes, entertainment, trips, etc. These are either paid by me through my credit card or my parents. He visits the school and bring them home for 50% of their holidays as we have agreed for this. He does this just to be straight in the eyes of laws. Otherwise he is using them as a pawn to trouble me and give me emotional pain.

Also, my daughters want to live with me in UK. I have a good job and I can provide good schooling. They are emotionally attached to me. Is it possible to get the sole custody of my daughters?

Dear client file child custody petition in court. U will get custody as mother is natural guardian for daughters. Once girls depose in court that they want to live with u court will grant custody to u. For any help call me on 9422611385
