Legal Question in Family Law in India
After my uncle got married, he divorced her, after 50 years, he got two daughters, and then he got married again. My uncle died by making a will in the name of the second wife and then filed a case in the civil court to cancel the will of that wife and during the case my aunt died. It has happened my aunt has vealed me during the case my aunt was childless now how should I take proper action how should I appeal to join the case

in case the father challenged the will during his life time and also the beneficiary is not alive and has no legal heirs of her, the property may devolve by survivorship.
