Legal Question in Family Law in India

My uncle had some wealth before he died, but he didnt make any will to distribute property. In our family, Now he has four sisters(Married) and two brothers(Married) are alive. Also My uncle's mother(My grand mother) is also alive right now. So I want to clear that who can ask for distribution in My uncle's property legally..??
