One of my uncle wife has brain stroke, 2 daughters are there. his father in law took her wife to his home & now not returning children & wife by various statements. He also forced to empty the house which was brought in name of her wife. so in summary it is difficult to stay with father in law & serve his wife. his age is around 42 years & he is ready to take care of daughters at any point of time even they are not ready to meet him due to brain wash by his father in law. he is thinking to move on life with Maitry Karar by finding new partner? is there any legal biding of Maitry Karar as it is not possible to get divorce in current situation.??
