I need help in understanding next steps as my wife had made police FIR against me for "extramarital doubts and using slang word"
I can�t tolerate that some other man has more importance in her life than me or my family. I have a strong feeling that she is cheating me. For last several years, I and my wife were engaged in verbal disputes related to only one issues, her extraordinary belief in her brother-in-law. Her priority and honesty to her brother-in-law over me and my family is the root cause of all quarrels with her till date.
Before marriage, she had air traveled with her brother-in-law on behalf of his wife (on his wife's name) on his company pass/facility. After marriage, she used to stay in his house WITHOUT informing me, lying to me that she is at her mother�s place. I used to learn the news from other sources. This happened many times in the past.
During last argument, she had used bad words for my mother and sisters, angrily I also replied her the same way. when I threw a gift given by her brother-in-law, she went to police station. She has full support from her family. Please advise.

It would be advisable for you to find out, if she has registered a crime or if she has simply filed a complaint application to scare you.
If she has filed a crime and if the offences mentioned therein are non-bailable, it would be advisable for you to seek anticipatory bail.
You can also consider to file a quashing petition in the concerned High Court, if no offence is ex-facie made out from her complaint.
You may also consider to engage a pvt detective to gather evidence against your wife to be used later on.
