Legal Question in Family Law in India

I am an unmarried girl, my father died recently. I am the only child of his divorced first wife.His second wife has 2 girls. My father got 2 inherited properties.

My mother didn't get any property or compensation or child maintenance or alimony during legal divorce.

Now we wish to know how much percentage me and my mother will get legally.

Second wife is getting the pension and all the retirement benefits of my father and still interested in getting a share� for herself� from our inherited property.

Dear client if properties r in yr possession then apply for mutation entry of property in yr name. If property is not in yr possession then file suit for partition in civil court. For detail discussion call me on 9422611385
