My case detail is my husband & inlaws illtreated me torture was up to the extent they medicated me thru food stuff as a result I lost my unborn baby thrown me out of the house & after that i got the evidence & filled court case under 498a,120b,313 causing miscarriage without consent meanwhile he had filled section 9 but not for keeping me just plan before filling divorce bcoz in it he mentioned me as mentally ill i appeared in the court filled the rply but case was disposed on jurisdiction ground then he filled divorce case again mentioning me as mentally ill as they belong to high profile family he managed to get a seperation decree the grounds r the rply of section 9 in which i hve mentioned about their tortures & bad habits of his mother but the court has neglected all his cruelities ,session trial & taken my rply as cruelity& hve challenged the case in high court wanna knw how to defend plz rply
