Legal Question in Family Law in India

hi,

i am vamy.me and my mother goimg thorugh a tough phase.

seeking legal advice.

The below information i am going to provide is obtained from the tbird party.

My father took some money from third person in favour he

can offer a govt job to that person.the funny thing is my father

himself ia unemployed and not in a respected position

to get employment for some other.but some how he couldnt

get the job for that person.so the person started asking my fathe to return his money .

but my father not in a position to return his money as he dint save not even a penny.

and we dont know what exactly he had done with that money.

out of all this frustration my father started behaving rude whenever they come to home to asking their money saying my mother only called them,and used to scold her

infront of them.so i asked my mother to stay away from my father,

and asked her to sty with my sister who is already married.

knowing all these those people started coming to my sister's house and asking us for the money. I am a software engineer.but i couldnt save money because of my father.

he did take money from me also.

Now we are no where conected to my father as we keep

staying seperately.all these happened in front of my mother but

even she beleieved that my father might get a job for that person.

so i feel they cant blame my mothe for all these.

Now my questions are :

1. is it legally correct trying to buy a govt job ?

2. do they have right to blame my mother as such no agreement

is done between my father/mother and the third person?

3. do i responsible to return his money as i am no where involved in this.

please let me know ASAP.
