Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi,

I have been a victim of domestic violence in my married life of six years. I have two daughters. Twice I filed fir, but hw always give warning to my husband n leave him. This time I caught him with another woman in adulterated position. I even have pics. I want to find a case in him. With these proofs how strong my case would be? My husband always threatened me about his money power n that he will be set free and ruine my life. He blackmail me that if I take legal action he Will put me to death. I feel helpless, do I have any relieve from this in Indian law? Please help.
