a w a i'm advocate by profession i want to file a suite against my ex inlaws , my father in law hit me and misbehave with me before my divorce at his home i want to know that can i file case against him plz help me i have started my practice recently , and my family suit of dowery articles and maintainance of my child is also pending in family court
