Legal Question in Family Law in India

Hi . I am from west Bengal , India. I am 21 years old . I want to move out without my parents consent with my boyfriend. He is also 21 . So what my parents can do legally actually I don't want to stay home.. And we are getting married soon. So if parents charge any cases then the majority stands to whose side ?
