Legal Question in Family Law in India

To whomsoever it may concern.

My biological mother passed away when i 10 years of age. My dad re married another woman (step mother) and now she has illegally made all the properties on her name taking advantage my father's ailment (dementia) who is now very critical in the icu. Also my father had not kept her a nominee in any legal documents anywhere as he had mentioned this to me 2 years back. What can be done in a situation like this as my father has not made a will and now is no state to understand anything and is sinking health wise.
