Whether a widow can file Application for attachment of the salary/Pension from her deceased husband for exparte order of maintenance?

A widow may be entitled to attachment of her husband's assets. If a family pension is available for deceased's family, she may claim a share. For the purposes of "maintenance", a divorced wife is also a wife.

A widow is entitled in her husbands pension. You may first approach your husband's office and file a claim for the same.
