Legal Question in Family Law in India

widow is 30 year old she is having daughter of 4 year old from her expired husband.Now she wants to remarry again & her proposed husband is going to adopt her daughter.Is court permission requires or adoption deed will suffice the purpose.Both are Hindu by religion.Proposed husband is a divorcee & do not have any issue from his earlier marriage.He is 35 year old.
