Can wife go for abroad with minor son at age of 9 without consent of court during visitation rights?
Res, sir,
My wife has gone to abroad (U.S.A) since last 4 months with my son who is 9 yrs old although high court of Gujarat has granted visitation rights to me to meet my son every sunday.
she has gone to U.S.A without consent of high court.
In other proceedings are pending in trial court at vadodara , she is not appearing in to the court.
Session court of Vadodara has held that she has committed offence under IPC 191-192-193 for false affidavit and false statement to get maintenance from me .
(the complaint had been filed by registrar as per law)
what should i do for action against her as of now?
