Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife and I have adopted a baby girl. The adoption process was done and we received the court order in November 2014. I am abroad and i would like my daughter and wife to visit me for 3 - 4 weeks. In the court order it is mentioned that Permission has to be taken from the court before going out of India. If I do not take permission is it contempt of court? If, I do take permission will it be a problem since the court order is passed only 2 months back?
