Legal Question in Family Law in India
my wife blame i am impotent.In front village people(panchayat) she demand some alimony to pay in agreement.according to the agreement with in 45 days i have to pay money.in that 45 days divorce not granted by the court i have to give money to village people.but the agreement date was expire she didn't apply for divorce. Now her parents are demanding first you pay money then they will apply divorce in court daily there are torturing my parents and my wife advocate says give money first within 15 days he will provide divorce. with in 45 days i visit doctor and my medical reports are normal i didn't say them,because i don't trust the village people.if show my wife will blame another case (Sexual harassment on my family,dowry..etc) then what can i do,she don't want to stay with me,can i apply divorce or wait for mutual divisors. in front of judge can i submit reports,what can i do now please help me. thank you

yes ,you have to file against her as defamation or mental harassment case under cr.pc..you also mention in the petition like (wrong Sexual harassment on my family,dowry..etc) and take local advocate 's advise.thank you
