Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife claiming 30 thousand maintenance per month from Husband and saying husband is earning 70 thousand.

Husband has EMI of 37 thousand with personal / home loan and one property of 30 lacs on his name. Marriage lasted for 6 months and she has left matrimonial house after 6 months. She is asking for nullity under impotence of husband. How much she can get as alimony or maintenance. She is also claiming 50 thousand litigation expense. Please advice what can be consequences of alimony or maintenance. Wife has worked for 1 month with salary of 9.5 thousand and left job and holds Bachelor in computers science degree.

Let me clarify you that if a decree of annulment is passed by the court, wife can't claim maintenance or alimony. She can only claim interim maintenance if ordered by the court. I think, neither your wife nor you nor your lawyers are aware of this fact. Contact for more detail.
