My wife is not comming for filling the second motion of divorce by mutual concent , MOU was signed and statment was given in the concern court while taking draft of Rs 10 lac, 10 was to be given on second motion . first motion was allowed 9 months back .

You may make an application before the concerned court and press for the decree on your depositing the balance amount in court. If she choose the withdraw her consent, she may have to return the money; and if she does not appear, the court may grant you divorce giving her option to withdraw the balance money, if deposited by you, from court.
