Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife has given complaint of dowry harrasement in Near Police Station and later also added my mother name in that complaint (who is a State Govt Employee). Police has already conducted three family counscellings to both elders and now gave deadline for one week to settle your selves or else they will book a case on me and arrest me and my mom. My wife is not at all ready for settlement. Already 4 days are over in the given deadline(23-12-2015). Due to this mental tension I have been suffering from high BP and was diagnosized with Seizures (fits) two days ago. KIndly give me advice to come out of this false complaint and avoid arrest.

you may seek anticipatory bail but as FIR not lodged, you may get the order of notice before arrest.
