Legal Question in Family Law in India
Wife demands to live together but I don't as for what she had done. \What if I accepted her, can she file those cases again in future in reference to those already made up allegations by her? Or whether she requires to create new evidences for cases like DV etc. I just want to get rid of present cases as she included my family And what would be the exact period or period of new allegations for new cases by her if we go for reconciliation.Hope I tried to make you understand

you want your wife back but at the same time, you have apprehensions that what if she again resort to litigation. The answer to your query cannot be answered as you cannot restrain anyone from proceeding legally against you. This right is available to you too. So in case you are going for reconciliation, the risk would be there even if she gives a statement before the court that she will not resort to any sort of litigation as there cannot be any estoppel against law.
