wife has deserted husband, long back in the year 1988 and no efforts being made for reunion. legal notice is not issued prior to filing petition in 2011. husband defeated in another divorce proceedings in the year 2009. whether petition for restitution of conjugal rights is within limitation. issue of limitation is framed. ?
