Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife was deserted with a kid on false ground of adultery, not proved till now, case pending in the court of law
Maintenance allowed by Lok Adalat for Rs. 11,000
Later Wife got CONTRACTUAL govt job as librarian and getting salary of 24000 per month.
Husband is Probationary officer (PERMANENT) in leading govt bank and earning more that 44000 net, take home after deduction of PF, Gratuity, etc
Is wife still eligible for maintenance in contrast to
- when 11000 was granted child was infant and on mother feed only, now started going to play school.
- wife's job is contractual in nature. which needs to be renewed every year.
- wife's liability is more and earning less in contrast to husband
- charge of adultery still not proved and was deserted by husband only along with son.
- Living expense has increased
Please HELP with some case reference of SUPREME COURT in favor of wife if possible.
