Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife died two years ago as she got burnt in the kitchen.And after that incident my in laws made me sign a bond for no remarriage. And my first marriage lasted for 10 years. I have two kids from my first wife.

Now i met a girl six months back and want to remarry to live the rest of my life.And now my in laws are threatening me to file a case against me for the loss my wife. And they have sent me a legal notice to transfer property in the name of my sons.

I would like to know can i go for remarriage will i be penalized in any form for reliving my life.

please advice.
