Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is asking for divorce keeping my 8 months old daughter and I was not allowed to see her till now .we had lot of misunderstandings in the past .its been 18 months we got married ,now after child she started recollecting all and now her family asks for divorce framing me as bad person ,I don't have right on child etc .what can I do ?? Just don't understand why they did this after giving birth to child ? They could have done it before

You have a right to meet with your daughter. Try to reconcile; and meanwhile, seek visiting rights to meet with your daughter.
