Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife is asking for divorce and money.Look it was my second marriage with the same girl which i had gave divorce mutually.Now we have spend only 6 months.It was our own decision and we did not registered our marriage and started living in my flat.This flat is my mother name.I did not asked for anything which had been earlier given to her when divorced.Now i am very depressed and worrying about my parents and my mother property.I want to know..
1 What about 498 and other cases
2 how to save my mother property
3 what safety measures for me to further benefits
Moral : I suggest everyone pls never ever re marry with the same girl which has been divorced by you earlier.She only loves money money and money.
Please help me.

1. 498A and other cases you will get bail and then the trial will go on. Later you both can compromise and settle a mutual alimony.

2.Your mothers property is safe, she cant stake any claim on it.

3. Apply for AB.
