Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife wants divorce by putting 148A under IPC then what will happen. I have not done anything which make the divorce file. do police will arrest me or my family too. do we get bale on this at same time.

you need to file a informatory in court ....

yes you can get bail if she files 498a
