Both me and my wife wants to take divorce, I have a 4 year son. Ifwe take divorce, after divorce is there any law that she will not file any case?

with regard to marital dispute, she cannot file as there would be a compromise deed made well before the divorce by mutual consent and statement would be recorded in the court of law.
