My wife file dvact and 498 since 4 to 5 year and the case is my moving on my parents are attending the since their name is included but I never been to my state another thing I got married now I have 2 kind living happily with my family in abroad judge confit alimony of 3000 re per month since I am not their it nothing happen but now after 5 year Dv act case judgement came is that my 61 year retire father or my brother having 2 kids and wife has to pay 5000 per month otherwise recovery will happen.
