Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife file 125 ipc case against me on family court on may 2013. court reject her case because area is not under court judiriction & advice to submit proper court. on 25.11.13 she again file case 125 ipc on same family court. we both are living gramin area which is not judirictin of family court.
now she file ration card copy of her father. when they living on city area and trying to prove that she is living city area. her father is died before my marriage (on 2004).
she admitted ration card and give c/o address of her brother's school where he servicing. actuly he living at graim area and she is living with him. on old case they give address of gramin area.
can she use ration card of died person,
can she admitted 2 cases of 125 ipc against me in same court,
what action can i take against them about this fauls admisition against me.
please guide me.

If she has chosen to use his brothers address of city, she may file it

in Family Court having jurisdiction over city area. It is maintainable
