Legal Question in Family Law in India

me and my wife are going to file mutual divorce so before that she wants all her dowry article / items but i want to give after once and final settlement is over but her lawyer insisting to give it first as per law then only will able to file mutual consent divorce. so do i need to give her all the dowry article before filing mutual divorce as per their lawyer says? or should i give it once divorce is obtained. Our is Hindu marriage. Please suggest

Dear client u have to give it before filling divorce. But u can take in writing on bond paper that she received all her belongings. U can also mention it in divorce petition. For any legal help call me on 9604349028 or 8446247807
