Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife have file sect 498 that is out of jurisdictional area, after filing of restitution. then after one yr separation she file domestic violence and maintenance case and requesting huge amount. also for maintenance purpose she is showing different salary in different court as cases is running in two jurisdictional area. i have many mismatch statement, can is it helpful for me to fight case, even we have cheque proof given to her in name of her education purpose. is it sufficient to fight sect 498
