Legal Question in Family Law in

My wife file a suit for Khula in which she said in her written statement that I maltreat her , abuse her and physically torture her . She is telling a lie but how can I prove it.

My other question is Dowry amount is written in Nikahnama as on Demand so she demands but as far a my knowledge is concerned in khula woman must payback the dowry amount. She is not so innocent and I dont have in a position to pay the amount i.e. rs 51,000

so please tell the solution of my problem

In case of Khullah the lady has to leave the Haq Mehr which is Dower Amount. But the dowry articles which her parents have given her at the time of marriage must be returned to her. For more you can consult me at [email protected]
