Legal Question in Family Law in India

Wife filed 498A case (which is false) and then maintenance case. During evidence in maintenance case she said that she is not at all ready to join me and the reason she had given for not joining me back are all false (same as given while filing 498 A case). We had a compromise with the girl side but afterwards they backed down. They are not ready for mutual divorce too. Shall I file section 9 or divorce case? If I file divorce what I have to pay to the girl? Presently I am unemployed, how it affects the filing of divorce from my end? On what grounds can I file divorce? Please help me to get out of this. Thank you.
