my wife has filed annulment of marriage under sec 12 (1) A seeking divorce based on impotency

and did not specify dates when she found out that and gave general statements

how will the court accept when when she filed the petition more than one year after the couple even met

is the petition filed within one year of the marriage??it is not when the couple met the period is from the date of marriage. If you feel her claims are false get a medical evidence to rebut her claim.for further query call 9312411481.
