Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife has filed a case regarding the dissolution of our marriage. she is asking for divorce. but i am not willing to do so. even i thinking to get back my both the kids(5 yr old & 2 yrs old. right now they are staying with their mother. Is there any provision in law to get back my kids?

plz guide me.

Depending on what religion you follow, the personal law will apply to you and accordingly to the custody of the child. Generally the court's look at the advantages / benefits for the child while giving custody.
