My wife has filed case under dv act. and demanding huge amount of maintenance. she is doing this because she wants to stay seperate from my family. she does not want my family with us. but i cant leave my parents for her. she has filed fraud case against us. please help me regarding this matter

On the contrary, insistence of wife upon the husband to leave his parents is a cruelty against the husband. There are citation to that effect as well. Don't succumb to pressure. Fight the case on merit. Most importantly, do not let the court pass the interim maintenance. Call for help.
