Legal Question in Family Law in India

my wife has filed a case under section 498a against me. she is now living at her father's house for the past one year.our marriage was solamnize under hindu marriage act. Now I also don't want to live with her.Can I live in relationship with an unmarried girl?

or can I marry by adopting muslim religion legally even if my wife don't want to give m divorce?? I am a Govt. employee too. What will b the effect on my job?

please suggest m....

Without divorce no one can live live in relationship with some one else.

To change a religion is not so easy, and it's good for both of u to go 4 Mutual divorce.
