Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has filed a case in session court asking for divorse. But i am not willing to divorce her. If she insists for the same, then should i claim for any compensatio? Also can i claim my jewelary which i had gifted at the time of marriage? Plz guide me as per muslim laws.

you cannot seek compensation from your wife on the ground that you are unwilling to divorce her.was the jwellery a part of Mehr?? if yes than that too has to be returned. for further clarifications you can call me on my cell no 9312411481.
