My wife has filed cases 498a, maintenance, and DV ACT.
An interim order is given 8 months back, I have not paid even a single penny till now. I will start paying them from this month on wards. Now they filed a petition to get salary details from employer. Does the court can give order to my employer to provide such personal details?

Yes, court can send the notice. When the court can issue direction to Govt. of India, what is the status of your employer. Moreover, concealing the income would itself be against you.
