my wife has filed 125 crpc in court . she filed in march ...i hav not paid any maintenance till now . i am planning to give only if courts asks me to.. i attended counseling...will it be a problem if i do not pay nnow . iam planning to contest .? i hav finished 2 rounds of counseling ..when will the final verdict of 125 crpc come?

It will be in your interested to start making payment of a reasonable amount to meet her living expenses as per your own standard of living. The payment made by you will be set - off against the payment that you may have to make as per court order. However, voluntary payment will be a goodwill gesture and may also help you in your case.
I think you are confusing your "desire" with your "legal obligation". My advice is: you need to regulate your 'desire' and understand your legal responsibility towards your wife. In other words, wife may have a "legal right" to receive maintenance amount from her husband.
