wife has filed divorce mutual consent, staying separately for the past 9 months with another man of different caste, I am having a 2 year old daughter who is with wife's father who stays in different place, how can i claim my daughter. wife and her father are denying access to my daughter. wife goes for job. wife's father is drunkerd, i m worried if she gets custody of my daughter she will spoil daughter's life, sir, plz guide me in this regard
