Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife filed Domestic violence act of 2005 case against me which is completely based on false accusation in India. She falsely claims that she brought 50 tolas of gold and I am in possession of that gold. She only brought 6 tolas which she kept in her parents locker, she took about 11 tols gold that my parents and I gave her and kept that in her parents locker. She is asking for 25 lakhs case, and 50 thousand per month for her and my 19 year old son. About sixyears ago she had left my home and was living separately with her mother stating that she does not want to live with me taking full tractor load of full household stuff, gold and silver jewelery, Electronics things and left empty home for me. she also filed false 498a against me my mom, dad, and sister who do not even live in India.
What can I Do to defend myself, please help o prepare fight against this legal terrorism.

You should not expect flowers from your opponents; Her leaving the matrimonial home six years before, with no intention to return, is a good ground for divorce. However, your defence in 498-A will depend upon the nature of evidence you produce in support of your claim that she had taken "truck load" of house hold stuff and her jewellary etc.
file petition of quashing of FIR before Hon'ble High court.u may file divorce petition on ground of cruelty & desertion .
