Legal Question in Family Law in India
My wife has filed the domestic violence case in 2010 against me and my family members saying lot of false allegations. She is dragging the case for more then two years. Last year she has filed the the evidence of complainant by way of affidavit (Written documents).Now the cross examination(We are crossing her) is going on.
She appeared only one time for cross examination.After that she did not present in the court for last six months.Now the court has given final date for her.
1,Whether shall we request the court to dismiss this case if she not present?.
2,What action shall we take from our end to end this case?.
3,Whether i have to file evidence next if she not present?
