my wife had filed false 498a & 125 cr.p.c. after 2year of our sacial divorce coz of her another affair .
can i file any case of harrasment ,420s or loss of my prestiese..???

if she is having an affair and you have evidence to theat effect use it as a defence in your matter.

you are already late but
yes first file divorce case coz only court can grant divorce no social divorce is acceptable in the eyes of law.
then file all these cases.
