Legal Question in Family Law in India

My wife filed a false 498a on me and my family after a short stay of 25days with me.3yr passed I applied for divorce.now she is looking to come back asking forgiveness which I denied.in family court counsellings she told the truth abt false case and asked to forgive her in front of the hon'ble family court judge during the counselling session.I don't want to get back to what has cheated and tortured me in the past.now what could be the merits of my divorce appeal,and what could b the merits of her 498a case,is there a way that her confession at family court counselling to help me saving me&my; family from this false case...pls help me

1) If she comes back, better think off.

2) The divorce if she contests then it will take many years.

3) U may use her false case confession, but may turn

having said so under ur coersion, in turn can file DV case against u.
